This was the 2nd annual ProCigar Festival in the Dominican Republic. Again I had the pleasure of going to cover the festival for CigarCyclopedia.com. The second year was even better then the first. The cigar makers love to share their passion of cigars with other cigar enthusiasts.
The ProCigar Festival is a great way to personally meet and learn from some of the most respected cigar makers in the world.
