For the first time I missed the ProCigar Festival in the Dominican Republic. This was the 4th Annual ProCigar Festival. I have spoken with some friends that have been to all four festivals and they all agreed that the 4th was the best of all...so far!
The festival organizers from ProCigar keep improving on the festival so each year it keeps getting better.
